This Cab underwent a maceration period of 10 to 16 days which brought rich color, medium body, balanced mouthfeel and excellent aging potential. The fruit yielded rich flavors and soft tannins. 2017 brought abundant sunshine allowing the grapes to ripen evenly throughout the growing season.
